Spectulise server 1 uptime information
Alertra is a third party server monitoring tool used to check and report the uptime of our servers for our clients. Every 10 minutes a check is made from numerous locations around the world and if there is any indication of a problem our management team are alerted immediately - chances are they will already be onto it.
We provide this information so that you can see how we perform. Generally we are able to provide 100% uptime apart from the ocassional reboot for security fixes. Computers do ocassionaly go wrong so if any issues do occur we will keep you up-to-date here.
